Srch Party
What would happen if David Berman shaved his beard and styled a devil-lock? That’s what you’ll discover on the new 7” by SRCH PARTY, released on Drink More Records. “Bear Attack”, the band’s first single on the label has a haunting tongue-in-cheek aesthetic. Blatantly lo-fi and eerie, the instrumental elements of this track are stark and well executed. The B-sides maintain the elements of macabre, in particular “Pocket”, with its guitar shrieks, and downtrodden lyrics.
The Aquatic Safety
We don't know much about these two, except that they only occasionally pop-up when they need air. Or when they wanna rock out with their unique brand of garage pop, or what they call "lo-fi mo-phi hi-fi sci-fi".
Matthew Pop
Matthew Pop has spent the majority of his music career well-under the radar, only popping up in the mainstream through small soundtrack spots on shows like “The Real World” and “Skins”, however, he never let that stop him from making some of the best indie-rock music of the last ten years.
We are a start-up, Nyack-based label focusing on the music of those that flies under the radar and that needs to be heard and appreciated worldwide.
